Eric Malcome Lustgarten
Born and raised in Manhattan, Eric M. Lustgarten has worked within the real estate industry for over 30 years in numerous capacities.
His earlier experience with Saatchi and Saatchi DFS Compton Advertising was followed by an account executive position in sales with the Turner Broadcasting Network. Eric then turned his marketing and sales expertise towards the real estate industry.
In 1992 during the height of the Japanese buying boom in U.S. real estate, Mr. Lustgarten joined Maruko, a Tokyo based real estate and financial firm with offices in New York City and Honolulu, Hawaii. He worked with Maruko USA in New York selling, structuring and managing commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate portfolios in Manhattan for Japanese investors.
In 1994 Mr. Lustgarten became an Associate Broker with Douglas Elliman Gibbons and Ives (Now Douglas Elliman), a 100 year old Manhattan real estate brokerage and management firm that had been recently acquired by Milstein, one of New York City’s most prominent real estate families. During his four years with DEGI Eric rose to the position of Vice President of Investment Sales after having sold and closed residential and development properties in the most prestigious buildings and locations in Manhattan.
In 1998 Eric moved to the firm of Brown Harris Stevens in the capacity of Director of Sales and Investment Properties. He facilitated building, portfolio, bulk condominium sales, and structured project equity investments. He was promoted to Executive Vice President of Development Marketing in 2004 when he co-chaired an investment symposium with Merrill Lynch that focused on the residential and commercial re-development of Lower Manhattan and the Financial District post 9/11. (Note: In 2002 Eric was Broker of record for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani in the acquisition of his current Manhattan residence.)
In 2005 Mr. Lustgarten took the helm as President of William B. May Company, a venerable 140 year old real estate firm and was charged by the May family with the firm’s re-branding and expansion, He continued in this capacity until late 2006 when private investment opportunities led to his current venture, Malcome Lustgarten, LLC

Mr. Steve G. Stevanovich is the Chairman and CEO of SGS Global Holdings which holds control investments in a number of technology companies in various industries, including clean energy and aerospace and has over 30 years of experience in international investing.
Mr. Stevanovich is a member of the Board of Governors of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory. He is a member of the University of Chicago Board of Trustees where he sits on a number of committees, including the University’s Audit Committee. He serves on the Board of Advisors to the University’s Master of Science Program in Financial Mathematics and on the Council of the Booth School of Business.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and sits on various other corporate and fund boards including the Board of Advisors of GVA Capital.
In 2007 Steve endowed the Stevanovich Center for Financial Mathematics, and in 2015 he endowed the Stevanovich Institute on the Formation of Knowledge.
Mr. Stevanovich holds an AB in Economics from the University of Chicago as well as an MBA from the University’s Booth School of Business.
