Adam Frank is head of the J.P. Morgan Securities Wealth Management department, which focuses on strategic planning for individual clients, providing expertise in asset allocation, restricted and control stock and stock option management, retirement planning, generational planning strategies, cash management and other personal planning strategies.

Adam has extensive experience with sophisticated family business and succession planning, philanthropic planning, estate and gift tax management techniques, discounted gifting transactions, estate litigation, asset allocation, monetization and derivatives techniques, and the taxation and analysis of employee stock options.

Adam is also a member of the Operating Committee of J.P. Morgan Securities, the J.P. Morgan Securities PM/PA Review Committee, the J.P. Morgan Global Wealth Management Investment Review Committee, the Private Banking Global Investment Performance Governance Committee and the New Business Initiative Approval Committee.

Adam joined Bear Stearns, which was renamed J.P. Morgan Securities, in 2001. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel (1998-2001) and Sullivan & Cromwell (1993, 1994-1998), where his practice focused on representing high net worth clients and closely held businesses. He started his career as a law clerk to Judge Jacob Mishler of the Eastern District of New York (1993-1994).

Adam earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
